{"id":3806,"date":"2020-03-04T15:41:32","date_gmt":"2020-03-04T14:41:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dryc.cl\/?p=3806"},"modified":"2020-03-04T15:41:32","modified_gmt":"2020-03-04T14:41:32","slug":"march-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dryc.cl\/en\/march-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"March 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>THE CHILEAN INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE ADDS NEW SCHEMES TO ITS CATALOGUE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By including these new schemes, the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (the\n\u201cSII\u201d) intends to guide taxpayers in situations that may be subject to a tax\naudit, in accordance with Law No. 20,393 (the \u201cLaw\u201d) dated November 25, 2009,\nthus granting greater legal certainty regarding potentially risky operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are thirteen new cases referring to local operations and four having a cross-border reach.
