(&#8220;Nubox&#8221;) to Riverwood Capital, a North American Silicon Valley company.<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #212121;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #212121;\">Nubox is a \u201csoftware as a service\u201d (SaaS) company that provides cloud accounting, remuneration and electronic invoicing services to more than 40,000 companies in Chile and Colombia.<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #212121;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #212121;\">Nubox, formerly Servipyme, was incorporated in 2001 and was acquired by EPG from Scotiabank in 2010. Since its acquisition by EPG, Nubox has significantly grown in invoicing, clients, profitability and associates, positioning itself with a simple, intuitive and easy to use product for small and medium sized companies.\u00a0 During this period the company quadrupled its revenues and began its internationalization process by opening Nubox Colombia.<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #212121;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #212121;\">EPG is a Chilean based financial boutique focused in real assets and financial advice.
