Personal Data Protection Law.
On December 1, 2026, a new chapter begins for companies in Chile.
The new Personal Data Protection Law not only imposes new obligations. It also requires reviewing processes, contracts, internal policies, and the way organizations manage information about employees, clients, and suppliers.
Companies that prepare in advance will reduce risks and be in a stronger position to comply with this new regulatory framework.
The countdown has already started. The question is not whether the law will apply to your company, but whether it will be ready by December 1.
