Dalgalarrando, Romero y Cía successfully advises EPG Partners (“EPG”) in the sale of Nubox S.p.A. (“Nubox”) to Riverwood Capital, a North American Silicon Valley company.
 
Nubox is a “software as a service” (SaaS) company that provides cloud accounting, remuneration and electronic invoicing services to more than 40,000 companies in Chile and Colombia.
 
Nubox, formerly Servipyme, was incorporated in 2001 and was acquired by EPG from Scotiabank in 2010. Since its acquisition by EPG, Nubox has significantly grown in invoicing, clients, profitability and associates, positioning itself with a simple, intuitive and easy to use product for small and medium sized companies.  During this period the company quadrupled its revenues and began its internationalization process by opening Nubox Colombia.
