Matías is of counsel of our firm since 2022. During his professional career, he has specialized mainly in Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions. He has extensive experience in the financial sector, especially in matters of corporate banking and project financing, investment fund structuring, issuance of bank and corporate bonds in Chile and abroad, operations with local and international derivatives, among others, having also been part of the legal teams of financial institutions with operations in Chile and the United States.
